Betcha mine's simpler. After all, we're only C-Students. Part II should come around in about 2 days. I'm sure you're all a'titter.
But thanks,really, I'm sure there's all sorts of things in there we can all use, and we always give attribution when/if we pass them them on.

I am excited whenever I see people trying to do something, especially when they use logic and common sense, as your first part did. Being simpler has got to be a plus. I hope a plan comes along that the American people can get behind and support. Maybe your will be it. I can only hope.

Anything you see in the Redeclaration that you feel could help your cause, take it and use it. As you say, we're all on the same page.

We have several articles on this site covering the subject in some detail, piece by piece. Talking shopw hosts seem intent on telling us all what we already know, the system is broken. They've even done a good job of showing us that it's broken on puprose and that if the bad guys have anything to say about it, it will be permanent. in other words this is a fight to the finish.
Our premise is that the Constitution and American democracy were built from the bottom up, not top down as is Europe. It was designed for the common man, not a political/management class/bureucracy, as is Europe.
Restoring the Constitution has to be done the same way...although it would be nice to see a real leader sound the alarm to mount up.
Be Careful about the term LEGAL though, as all those doings in Philadelphia in 1776 were illegal. An old leftie environmentalist told me in 1971 that once they got power they were going to make it ILLEGAL for anyone to use the same tactics they used to get into power to get them removed. Expect to see that in the coming months is Obama wins and the Dems hold Congress. You may one day find your Redeclaration illegal. We look for a quickening of all things bad in an Obama-Reid-Pelosi axis...just a moseying toward perdition under M'Cain. Big choice, huh! The radical dem's will not allow the opportunity they had in 1993-94 pass this time around.
I can't believe we gave 'em a second shot, but heh, I was reprogramming my new I-phone.
