It took me 13 yrs to get around to this book! I had always wanted to read it, but for some reason never got around to it.
I was reminded of this omission (on my part) when I read Charles Murray's Jan 16-19 2007 three part Op-Ed in the WSJ about the Dems college-loan proposals.

However, it is eye-opening to see actual data and correlation resulting from careful analysis of a complex, multi-variable issue.
So, a little late for sure, but color me impressed!
