I must agree about Carter, he was the worst President I can remember and I am pretty old. He was someplace in Europe lately I forget where spouting off about how GW's policies were wrong, well at least he has a policy, and I don't think they are wrong.

I was thinking two terms for congress, 1 to get to know where the bathrooms are and one to actually get something done, if in fact they want to get something done and then out, maybe give them a chance in 10 years to run again. But any reform to keep the career letches from ruining our government would be good.
