Fantastic Post
You nailed this one. Bill Clinton was a master of the soundbite and of image spin, but even he didn't hold a candle to Obama. Of course, Bill didn't have a totally compliant media willing to fawn over him and lap up his every word as revealed truth. Obama says what he thinks people want to hear, and then does whatever he wants, whether it agrees with what he says or not. And no one in the mainstream media calls him on any of it. Hell of a way to run a country.

just wondering
Hi There,
I'm curious as to when the liberals and conservatives switched places in terms of ideology? The idea that liberals are using the barrol of a gun to force policies is just a little silly, yet those same people are trying to take the guns away and the threat of the use of military power has never been made or implied, seems a little more of that unreasoned fear to move the passions of the 'great unwashed'.
The other monster change is the canard that conservatives have compassion for those less fortunate, it has not been true for over a hundred years. Creating jobs is the most important change those with resources can do to effect change in this economy. The last 8 years added only a net of 500 hundred thousand jobs to the US Economy and has been instrumental in supporting the trends that precipitated this historic crisis.
To have expected Obama to fix all those inheireted problems in 6 months is is not only foolish but counter productive to the process of repairing the damage.
