When did evangelical become a term of derision? The Jesus/Satan brother bit is straight out of classic anti-mormon literature. Huckabee is running as a "Christian Leader" and has repeatedly touted his "degree in theology" it should be no surprise that he performs well in areas where evangelicals are a significant voting block.
