Yes, it is quite uncommon to hear about the feminine side of liberal men coming from the right. It doesn't happen. Have you ever seen anyone call Ted Rall ( a femme ) names? No. It doesn't happen. Ann Coulter has so many insults thrown at her it isn't funny. They say she's manly, yet if Ann and Rosie Odonnell were the last two women... er, well, you know what I mean, the straight liberal men (all 3 of them) would be beating down Ann's door.

Liberals come unglued at the mention of her name. Do Americans cringe when they hear Al Franken? Arianna Huffington? No. In their minds, they may thing of names to call them, but it ends there. There are no blogs calling Arianna a man, there are no blogs calling Al Franken an anorexic.

Ann Coulter is great for conservatism. If civil war comes to America, all you'll need to do is walk into a room and say "Ann COulter is my hero!" and shoot everyone that rools their eyes.

Never considered the manly/feminine sides of people on the left and right.
