The real true conservative in the GOP is Fred Thompson. Go to Fred08.com and read his issues and white papers,then decide.Illegal immigration=no welfare-no jobs and they will go home.Rush is right the GOP is going to implode on itself if conservatism is not resurrected.

Thank you for reading my blog. I am from Massachusetts and a Conservative Republican- believe it or not we exist in Taxachusetts. I forget where I read it, but John McCain is the Democrat's favorite Republican. That is all anyone needs to know.
Maggie is right- Conservativism must be resurrected or the GOP will destroy itself. And if that happens we will be living in the USSR-United States Socialist Republic, because that is what the Dems want. I live in a one party state- the legislature in Massachusetts is 85% Democratic. Hence the most liberal, and socialist state in the union. Romney was a moving force for Conservatism and fought hard for 6 years. He left us with a surplus in the State Treasury without raising taxes and defended Life and Traditional Marriage. I am not worried about his so-called "flip-flopping". He is exactly what America needs right now.
