Indeed, Toddy. I read, I got sick, I screamed at this screen, I calmed down and here I are.

My bottom line is ... if the budget does not fit in one piece of 8 1/2 by 11 inch piece of paper, it's too long.

Thanx, Toddy, for posting this and making it more than abundently clear that we are in a real mess! I do so admire your ability to sort through all of this and present it so effectively to the "lay person" like myself. You are very talented!

Like Mrs. Al said, I am also very upset by the idiocracy that has engulfed our administration. It makes me wonder whether this is deliberate or Obama actually thinks can save everything. I took an economic class last year and could run things better than this, which is very scary!
