So what's the problem?

Bring it to the UN. I'd like to see that. Let's finally see if we the people make the decisions or the UN actually has control over us. Imagine a resolution saying the USA can't build a fence. Now that's comedy. Plenty of nukes for Iran, no non-muslims allowed to live in Darfur, oh...and no fence for you biggoted Americans.
