The world is crying out for the blood of George Bush and Dick Cheney and candidate Obama gave every sign that he woulod give it to them. Now his inaction is turning him into the laughing stock of the world. America now wears the face of a fool who is rapidly losing his credibility as a world leader and changing the image of America from a feared and respected nation back into Clinton's feckless fawning asprin factory destroying paper tiger.

I have deep admiration for VP Cheney and always knew he was the brains in the White House. I am thrilled to the core of my beingness that he's out there standing up for this country.

I am so sick and tired the GOP cowering to the left and walking on egg shells. Stop apologizing for speaking the truth and stay grounded in the fundamentals of our forefathers.

I was raised that MEN speak the clear, unvarnished TRUTH - no nonsense (except the wife's weight/looks/age!)

If Cheney or Rumsfeld had run for president, I would still be a Republican. (Tom Tancredo was pretty good, and glad to see he is branching out, but he didn't stand a chance.)

I get so tired of hearing what Obama is 'going to do' and how he will 'save the world.' The glorification should wait until he's dead! And then, only if time proves he deserves it (which you, I and every thinking person knows isn't going to happen!)

We all KNOW there is SOMETHING we aren't hearing about, that government KNOWS about and votes on. Otherwise, NOTHING they do makes even Alice-in-Wonderland kind of sense.

I must deeply admire this man who could easily be cozily snuggled in the lap of obscurity. He's done his time, after all, and nobody wants him around anyway. Why shouldn't he just retire?

He said that he couldn't let his people (those under his authority in the CIA) down; and we all know no one else was going to stand for them. But he did. I suppose he could have ulterior motives, but what would they be? Blabbermouth Biden says he's dangerous. I suppose that could be true, too. But any more dangerous than a man who would reveal confidentialities about his own classified emergency hiding place - top secret??

When all of the speculation and blame-throwing and finger-pointing was going on, Cheney emerged from the shadows and shed light on what really happened and why. He planted doubt in the minds of regular joes trying to sort all this out--- that what they've been told all this time wasn't solid gold truth after all. He is dangerous, in that he was there and he KNOWS. When the Obama admin refused to release memos that may affirm success, more doubt crept into our minds, so that soon, Cheney's ratings went up, as Obama's continues to decline. Obama had no idea what he was doing when he provoked Dick Cheney to rise up and speak. The 'dueling speeches' were not a duel at all. One party only brought a puny little water(boarding) pistol. The one bearing the truth is my hero.
