Awesome, I am glad you could go. The story about your interaction with James was incredible. Him being there to show his sons truth and to stand up for what is right, is what is needed today in an age were many parents abdicate responsibility.
Historic things are happening here. God has a plan. A plan for people like us who stand for Him and His people. Great job.

James

Good job

I'll have to check again when I get home, since the photo doesn't show on my work 'puter.

I'm going to put up a post over at The Swamp with links to my 3 part series about the day that I took my kids to DC for the Gathering of Eagles rally and counter-protest against Code Pink and A.N.S.W.E.R. The reason to make that post is to get all three parts linked together and put into my featured posts.

Jason Thank-you for going and Thanks to every American that steps out and resists this rising darkness in Our Country.

James

I am glad I went as well. A lot of work is needed. The conflict will never end unless one or the other is removed.

Thanks for stopping in !!

Jason

Craw

Thanks for passing thru!!

It was hard to bite lip, for the most part.

I will look forward to those linkings.

Thank You for stopping by!!

It is amazing that people can not see the truth here, and will not,the Palestinians in their eyes they are right. They could have been freed years ago.

Jason

I met many wonderful Palestinians, Jason

, when I did some work in and around Jerusalem and Bethlehem now fifteen years ago. Most were Christians, were intelligent, were educated, were knowledgeable. They all hated, however, the oppression suffered at the hands of Israelis.

I suspect -- though I don't KNOW -- that most Palestinians are today, and have for a long time been, victims; victims of both Islamofascist terrorists on the one hand and Israelis (dealing with the terrorists)on the other.

Hamas is the cancer. Hezbollah is the cancer. Israel must annihilate the cancers, maybe multiple times, because Palestinians like those I knew are militarily incapable. They are akin to many blacks in America's cities living in gang turf.

Jason

Good on you! Its one thing to lend virtual support, quite another to pound the pavement.

However, not sure I agree with toting the young ones along. Of one thing I’m certain…my Italian wife would gut me with a dull knife if I took our young daughter to any demonstration

Thank you Jason

for your great first hand report of the Rally. God bless you and all of those who stand up for what's right.
Great picture by the way.

Great work.

I guess, as it with all people it is what the younger generation is being taught. There are some, I agree with you. I believe they envy the Jewish state, way of life free of chaos, orginized, etc. As a whole, I wish they would not keep electing a terrorist based government. They should be up in arms at Hamas, using them as human shields. You are correct, what are they to do...they are mostly militarily incapable. It is a tough drawn out, delicate situtuaion.

Good Points Dr Pete

Thanks for stopping in!!

INTHENOW

Thank You for passing thru!!

That Is why I really debated the issue. I never felt in any danger, and it was risky. i felt compelled to be there, maybe it was only for my prayer on the opposite side.

I appreciate the comments!

Jason

Bobbie

Thank You for passing thru.

It was interesting for sure. I hope both sides had an opportunity to learn about the other....as Americans.

Jason

good post Jason

Loved reading your eyewitness testimony of the event. I, as a Christian must always stand behind Israel. Any Christian that does not is not a Christian, despite any beliefs. Even before I read the Bible, I had it in me as an instinct to always be on the side of the Israelis. Even without the Bible, if one is able to look at both sides rationally and honestly, no one can conclude that the Israelis are wrong on this. God help us.

Jesse

Thanks for passing thru!!

True statements, they are God's chosen people.

Jason

Good support

The MSM will never show opponents of Israel as the liberal, socialist, Pro-Jihadist university, youth, CAIR types and make disapproving remarks. Yet, all Israel, supposedly Zion supporter, get immediate appellations of 'fanatic', maybe not really American, yet if one said that about Islamos who purport to be good Americans, a scandal would occur. In Fla. , in Mich., in Md., in Pa. and other large states, madrasses are filled with hate filled Islamos railing against Israel and America. It will be interesting to see how these supposed good Americans deal with the new Obama Admin. on terrorism, Israel, and Gaza. Frankly, when Sharia law becomes a community issue, it will be too late for even the Messiah to save us from a London, France problem with radical Muslims running the show.

Rackoons

Very true..

sharia law is coming...sneakyly (is that a word?)

The time is approaching to see exactly how the react to each other, the new administration and these "Good Americans"

Thanks for passing thru Rackoons!!

DrPete/Jason...

...I've met Palestinians and no one is more eloquent and with flowing rhetoric as to why there is some justification for their suicide bombings and their lob'ing of missles into Israel and why it is actually Israels fault! And what's really amazing is the people that fall for that crap. I also found a lot of this same, low-key, subtle anti-semite, holocaust denying rhetoric among Ron Paul supporters. DD

Jason

Excellent cause to support.

thank you for sharing your experience with us.

BTW, the one photo, spoke volumes.

Great reporting jason

And I disagree with Inthenow about bringing the kids along.

As long as it wasn't going to get ugly, it's great for kids to be exposed to free speech and the democratic process.

The thing I find funny about the anti Israel protesters is the Palestinians they are defending so loudly would be more than happy to give them a really close shave for being "Infidels".

The libs take 'Love Thine Enemy" to ridiculous extremes.

But then again, if they didn't, they wouldn't be liberals, would they?

Support for Israel!

We must fight the good fight and stand for the people of Israel, now and forever! Thanks for sharing your experiences of being in the center and feeling the energy. I am so thankful it was a peaceful demonstration. Jason, At Large!

God Bless America

The fight has being around for millenia, and will continue until the end of time.

We can only pray that we have the strenght to be on the side of justice.

The blind will always blame Israel, even while watching Hamas launching rockets at the Israeli cities.

Let us remember that God has warned us of this, and that the just cannot stand by and do nothing against injustice.

Darvin

It seemed that was the attitude for Palestinian supporters.I agree with you and Dr Pete. There are those who are totally mis-led, and actually believing their own MSM, and that Israel IS actually for no apparent rason bobing Schools...etc, not aware that Hamas is even in these places launching missles. There are also those who are totally aware Hamas' tactics, and now have a bandwagon to jump on because their contempt for Israel is their life.

Tragic sitiuation....., misled, misinformed, feeling betrayed, and the others capitalizing, conspiring, allies of the terrorists.

Here is a comment from a local Colorado blog that I liked..

anotheridiot wrote:
Until one is eliminated it will not stop. Ishmael is still mad at his brother. There is only one event that I know of that will stop this. It is the hope and the faith I believe in. The return of Jesus (Yeshua). However, I know that there will come a battle in Meggido (Armegeddon) that all the world will see.

You can try to wish it away and tell them to stop, but it won't happen. You can even hold protests, but it won't stop. Prophecy points to it, and world events are leading to it as we speak. This is all part of things as they are. They are scary times to be sure.

Jennifer

Thank You for passing thru!

It is a cause that should concern us all.
Our Prayers for Israel!!

Take Care!!

Jackpine

Nice thought!!

A shave could be arranged for them...pending NO LIBERALS would be involved. We would not want to be "unfriendly" to those just trying to male a life for themselves here in the good ole USA.

The have rights too.

If they close GITMO they had better plan on EXACTLY what happens to those inside it and where they go, and it had better not be home, or i will pack my bags for Ireland.

Thanks for passing thru!!

Jason

Dawndawn

Yes , I am glad it was peaceful as well. There were others around the country that were just hateful. Israel faces a tough time...Hamas will to die is greater than the Israeli will to kill.
The Palestinaian plan is to "outbreed" the jews in this region it seems.

Thanks for stopping by!!

Jason

Joe

Perfect words...very True!!

We must continue our support for Israel as a nation, we will lose otherwise.

Thanks for stopping in Joe!!

Jason

Jason

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I wish I had more time to write a more thoughtful comment, but time is not my friend these days! Right now I am just trying to play catch up and say hi to everyone!

People have forgotten 9/11 and we need more reminders of what we lost that day as a nation. The people we lost may have been nameless and faceless to most, but we walk by people directly affected by that loss every single day without ever knowing it. We need to start respecting one another as Americans and continuing to the support the freedom of others. We take for granted every single day what we have available to us and the standard of living that we have the RIGHT to pursue and live.

God bless America and Israel.

Am Sweetheart

Thanks For stopping In!!

Good comments!! We are a spoiled, inconsiderate, naive country at times. We are so used to things, that we often take it for granted.

Hope all is well!!

Take Care
