What The Politicians Will Take From This

Interesting post.

I think we're in for big trouble...and everyone is going to be shocked to find out they turned the country over to Internationalists who don't have our country's best interest at heart...

No one will be shocked

if this nation is "turned over". I have a number of people I deal with internationally--and for all the "blame America" rhetoric...most know that America stands between them and their millions of Moslem workers. They may not especially appreciate Bush's "cowboy mentality" but they depend on the Islamic nutters' fear of this perception to keep them and their interest safe.

In the world of business Sheila...there is no real "nationality"...just countries where business can be conducted in financial profitability.

But there are good people, SMART people, who comprehend that business is tied to almost every facet of life...including charity. You cannot give if you don't have. You cannot educate if you are too busy trying to survive. You cannot create if you lack even the basics of what you dream of.

Business will continue to align itself with America because it is in their interest to do so. The GOP will go back to their base...their REAL base of CONSERVATIVES...which means reasonable and realistic.

I have long suspected that the only way to get rid of those who took up temporary residence under the tent of the Republican party...those who refused to call themselves Republicans but felt a God-given right to tell the party what to do...would be to lose this election. Losing these malcontents, of course, had to be done because those fractions were tearing the party apart. And to quote Lincoln..."A House Divided Cannot Stand".

The only question I have is...can America afford however long it will take to take down those people who put their ratings above America's--and ultimately the World's safety?
