A great article, thanks for posting - I will forward. The premise is exactly right - in fact I posted something similar recently on my blog "Pesky Truth." The problem is that so many voters think they "like" Dodd, Frank, Pelosi, Reid, Kennedy, etc. The original framers of our Constitution expected a 50% turnover in the House every election. It remained pretty much that way until 1968 when turnover fell to single digits and it is still dropping. It has become a lifetime career. Dump them all and start all over - that's what a recent Rassmussen poll found that 59% of voters wanted.
