Sue, I am also a Conservative and a Catholic , tho a lapsed one who needs to get back to the basics. You are so right on the need for Discernment!You have nailed it!! I think that is the virtue that has historically kept America on a right path and it was a Gift of God. Unfortunately, over the past 30 years ago we have tossed the Gift away. I hope we find it again

Keep your Florida idea out there...who can disagree, it's a great idea...may reach a tipping point. After we conservatives stopped the "comprehensive immigration" fiasco earlier this year, it gives me hope.
