Given I agree 100% with this minister, guess that means I was born too late. Sometimes I feel like an out of century misfit.

Drop by sometime. I have seen this and other such comments from American heroes in our past history. As a 70 yr old teacher for the last 48 yrs., teaching political science, I too am infuriated that American teachers,students, and their 'inconvenienced' parents who don't want to push their little darlings to learn things, plus the media which lies about American exceptionalism, free enterprise and liberty. It is even worse now since the tyranny of the majority seems to be now a generational one which will stay in place since the lemmings who vote are products of this leftist immersion in socialist pacifism and welfare mentality. Popular culture has decided that that minister is a dope, old fashioned and just 'doesn't get it.' Whatever they think 'getting it' is!

More common sense:

we need these people to be heard! When I post something on youtube, where many kids my age or younger think they know "facts" from the media. I give them facts I've learned from people here, and many other places that I like to research. They in turn scream at me and call me a hater, just because I believe in what was listed by that pastor! I hope my generation redeems themselves! Great post!

Thank you for coming by. I worry about this generation...I fear their education is sub-standard. The history books are being written by liberals who are distorting facts. They are being taught to succeed in tests but too much is missing in the curriculum.
Now, with the economy in the state it is, education will take a bigger hit.
Thank you for doing whatever you can to get the real facts to young people.

...preaching to the choir is so they can sing it to the masses! Do NOT consider yourself a FORMER teacher! You are teaching NOW by everything you say and do (and write) to anyone with ears to hear and eyes to see. Writing and expressing yourself here prepares the mind for doing so with those in your circle of influence. That will be the only way to preserve and spread true conservative thought...one person at a time. So seeth away, sister!

LOLOL Thanks for you vote of confidence!! I argue with everyone in my sphere about conservatism. We had lunch today with a couple we see once a year and found out he , altho a dyed-in-the-wool Repub., voted for Obama!! Because he couldn't stand to vote for McCain!!!!
I really believe he had no idea what he was doing! He said "A lot of people voted for him." I said "Sure, because so few people knew what he was, what he believed, what he was coming from!!" I didn't say, as I should have, because I love him, that he should have found out who he was voting for!!

to all the above. Try talking to people about the Constitution, not conservatism, that may be an easier road.

Constitution?? hmmm sounds familiar...heard about it sometime somewhere. Do you suppose, as a citizen of this country, I should know what it is???
