Great stuff.
Reading this puts lots of suggestions in my mind about characters, etc., and just as I strarted writing them I realized how presumptuous that would be.
I can certainly imagine some folks I'd like to see, and some ideas of what should happen to them, but I guess I'll just have to keep my patience and see where you go with this.

Have to find a use for that Ketchup. Hmmm. This might be a tipping point. Well, it sounds like we're winning. The dogs will eat good tonight. That Muddy Murtha! I wonder what European press would write? (Mark Steyn may fix that for us) DC-ites would recruite illegals. And with the last pork-laden bill they thought the farmers would be on their side.(ha ha)

Story Line
is greaat ! I love it !
Pepp, you have my permission to include me in your story if'n you like. A little background.
Married 24 years this April, 3 great kids, 2 beautiful Grand-daughters, a truly God Blessed Christian.
I own 26 acres of mostly trees in southern Virginia just outside Charlotte Court House, as well as a house in Newport News.
We call the land in CCH Hughes Place after the previous owner, it has three run down houses that we are trying to recover. Good hunting, clean air, God's country.
My nearest neighbor are all decendants of slaves and they are the nicest people I have ever met !
After serving 23 years in the US Navy, and travelling to 18 foreign countries and all 50 States, that really says something, now doesn't it?
I have an open invitation to my friends to my "hotel" in Newpoort News (6 bedrooms) and also to Hughes Place. Consider this an invitation, for you and for any of the Last Patriots Standing, to hang out at Hughes Place or the Schroeder Hotel in NN.
We have it stocked to survive for quite a while, it has its own well, no electricity and an outhouse; truly ruffin' it ! With the prevailing winds as they are, a dirty bomb would have to hit Roanoke to hurt us, and we have masks if need be.
I'd be honored to join the Last Patriots Standing, but I won't fret if they never contact me.

Wow, you've had quite a life and all the places you have traveled. How wonderful!
I love Virginia. I've been through a number of times and it's so beautiful, at least the parts I've been through, south of the DC beltway.
My grandma used to live in Pocomoke City, MD. So, when we went to see her, we'd pop into VA for some touring. Most of my relatives are in Maryland, but my mom came here to Ohio when she married my dad.
Well, you've sound like you have one wonderful life being married all that time with children and grandchildren.
Pappy you'll be included in the story line.

Despite the City of Liars poluting northern Virginia, it is still a beautiful state. The taxes are pretty high, but I can live with it for now.
Not from VA originally, born in FLA and grew up there and in rural Minnesota, one too hot and the other too cold for me now !
The invite stands, if you ever get near Hampton Roads or even Richmond, get a hold of me for a room at the Inn.

Thanks so much for the invite. Are you serious?
I'd love to take you up on the offer some time. I love Richmond too.
And, down near, oh shoot, I can't think of the town, where the Mariner's museum is, the one with all the scrimshaw done by the sailors, and it's on black velvet. Do you know of it or have you been there?
It was one of the most beautiful displays of art I've ever seen in my life. All that beautiful carving.
Actually, is that Newport News that has this museum?
My brain is failing me at the moment.
The Shenandoah Park too. Gorgeous.

Wow! All I can say is keep up you story! You've a great talent there! I do hope your considering compiling for a book.
I was surprised that you included me in the story along with some of the super patriots. And I think you nailed it as to what we would be doing. Sometimes, in the real world, I think many of us feel like the "Last Patriots" when we see so many trying to destroy our way of life and country.
Good show Pep! Need more!!!

You are right about feeling that there are patriots in this country who would like to see our country get back to the way it used to be before all the destruction and socialism came about.

The offer is serious. We have a large house, and currently only one of our children living in it, leaves four empty bedrooms.
The Mariners Museum is about 8 miles from my house, Richmond is about 60 miles. I have been to the Museum many times, the displays are always changing.
Keep up the story, it is LOL. I agree with Goshawk, sometimes I feel like a "Last Patriot".

Gotta tell you my wife is a Patriot as well.
She is in the Virginia Air National Guard and has been deployed to Kuwait, Lost Wages, Florida and Diego Garcia.
My oldest was in the Army until she got sick and was discharged.
My youngesst is in the Air Force going to school.
And our token civilian, middle child work for Northrop Grumman at the shipyard in Newport News.
Lots of red blood in this family.

Well done...I'll have to do a post on Tsarina Pelosivich's usupation of power with her duplicitous visit to Syria, but that'll be in a couple of days I think...
