Excellent
Wonderful article. You articulate exactly why people my age care so much that Ron Paul is elected: we want our constitution back. I hope my fellow republicans realize that the "Ron Paul people" aren't just fringy leftists and libertarians; thereare many disaffected young republicans like me who had hope for Bush that was dashed and we are not going to remain a part of the party if it continues in the way it is.

Ron Paul makes sense
It seems many people think that Ron Paul is a kook, because his ideas seem "unrealistic" but I submit that the present state of affairs are unrealistic.
Our constitutional rights are being dissolved, we are in a war where nobody wins, scoundrels in the government are making secret deals with big business to form the NAU....
It seems to me like there is a feeding frenzy in Washington to tear apart our once great country.
Of course someone like Ron Paul would have powerful enemies in high places.
He is, however, loved and appreciated by many regular people who just want to be free.

Ron Paul, a true conservative.
Ron Paul is the only Republican candidate that can reach across and join peoples from all politcal backgrounds. He stands for the Consitution, and from what I see..even though many "liberals" may not agree with his conservative votes they are still supporting him because he backs the Constitution.
His message is one of Liberty and Freedom. Who can argue with that?

Go America!
I`m writing from Germany to urgently ask Americans to consider Dr. Paul. Please save your powerful country (and forget that bulls*** about the great European welfare states your media is sometimes telling you - it`s softcore socialism)! You are the only ones (I know of) with such an outstanding Constitution and now you have the man who`s going to fight for it!
Don`t let him march alone!
Damn, I never ever wished to be American - now it would make me proud and happy to help that man and vote for him.
Long live the USA (as it used to be)!

dark times - babyboomer blowback
it's gonna come down to a clash of generations. On one side you have the fiscally irresponsible babyboomers who have put this nation in the hole. They are heavily embedded in our government, and as far as voting goes they pretty much dictate the political direction of the country. Generations born after the babyboomers are gonna have to unite at the voting booths in order to defeat them. The only thing that's needed in order to defeat the babyboomers, is the final piece, someone who can unite the generations and even bring over babyboomers as not all of them are irresponsible.. Who is this person? Obviously it's Ron Paul, he is our 5th element.
Trust me if we don't defeat the entitlement minded "greatest generation" at the voting booths this country is going to collapse hard.

anybody but Hillory?
I'll chew off my voting arm before I choose between the lesser of 2 evils again. I've voted republican 24 years and will vote Ron Paul or hillory can win. I won't vote for any of the other republicans. They are what is wrong with this country!!
The bible says "if you give a phrophet a glass of water you share in his reward." GOOD OR BAD.
Voting for Molech becuase you don't want Satan to win makes you a devil worshiper either way.
We are not backing down with your Hillory Scare Tactics. At least with Hillory Care I can get free prozac while the country goes into total financial collapse and fascism. The money is just paper anyway and the print it by the truckload for Iraq so why shouldn't "i get my share of the fake money.?" WE can speed up the collapse so we can start over. Or we can avoid it and vote Ron Paul.

Paul vs. Hitlery
I would like to thank Noel for her article.
You are telling the truth. Ron Paul is the only candidate that can beat hillary. The democratic and republican parties are all the same.. Ron Paul is so oppsed by candidates in his own party because he is a true Republican. the others , cross dresser julie-annie, mccain, thompson, and huckster huckabee are nothing more then democrats in disguise.. If you love this country then you should love our founding fathers and the documents they provided for the citizenry and the government to live by. the Constitution is the law of the land and should be followed to the letter. any elected official should follow the constitution or it is TREASON! Thank you Noel! RON PAUL IN 08!

DR. RON PAUL HAS THE CURE!
Dr. Paul cured my apathy--I once again am excited about casting my vote! I have been reading the U.S. Constitution--really reading it---for the first time in a long time, thanks to Congressman Ron Paul. He gets my $4,600 [$2,300 primary + $2,300 general election] and my vote! I would give more if I were allowed to do so--and I have NEVER donated to any political campaign! I'm just a regular working girl, but I took a second job just so I could have money to donate to Dr. Paul's campaign. He is the only candidate with integrity, and I very much appreciate this reporter presenting such an accurate, positive portrayal of Dr. Paul.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ron Paul Will Win!
Why will Ron Paul win? Because he is for the people, the Constitution, and less intrusion in our family lives. Hillary wants socialized health care amd more intrusion in our lives.
We have had enough of the Bushs and Clintons, who are all friends.....Like Mr Bush in Sept. 1990 said "There WILL be a New World Order"! We say, NO THERE WON'T BE! Ron Paul is aginst the NWO.
America belongs to "We the people" and we are taking it back!! Enough said.

I agree about the baby boomers, but
Being 55, own our own house free and clear, and hardly ever spend any money (I am using a 7 year old computer and sitting in a 12 year old chair next to a 40 year old desk...the newest thing in this house is my new mattress that replaced a lumpy 25 year old one!), ape you are right that not all baby boomers have spent this country into near oblivion...
But you are wrong to want a generational gap "war" or something like it. If us baby boomers are the "enemy" then you have no clue as to who the real enemy is--it is the oligarchs who are funding Hillary, BushCo, and the rest of the Repubs and most of the Dems as well for President--except Ron Paul, of course, whom I have followed for many years as we tried to make this small remote section of west Texas liberty minded again.
You young folks, just know that not all baby boomers are freeloaders (in fact I do not expect to even see one dime of social security or medicare...by the time I'm 70--which will become the new age one can start collecting for sure no doubt--there will be very little left in benefits for me.), and I know quite a few baby boomers who will vote Ron Paul. So there!

I'm of the 'baby boomer' generation & I'm voting for Ron Paul! Let's make it a multi generational effort to bring back our Constitutional freedoms instead of pitting us against each other. YES, I am FINALLY getting the candidate I'd prefer to vote for! No need to 'yellow dog' anybody with a choice like Ron Paul on the ballot!

The Problem with Paul is...
he cannot get wide support from the largest demograhic out there.
He does seem to work or play with others very well. Just look at the annual legislation that he introduces and the odd item or two that make it out of committee is doomed to failure on the floor.
He has allied himself with Truthers and plays like he has not done so. Is he that daft or is he that dumb?
The man is all bark and no bite at all.

We can only hope there will be more of this objective and honest media coverage. Ron Paul, when approached objectively as journalism should be, will shine through in every article and interview. Its hard to argue with his message of peace, of strength, and freedom. Thank you for this article and may it be an example for many more to follow! We CAN win this thing!!!!

Ron Paul speaks for all of us
What folks like Kermit don't seem to understand is that people in that "largest demographic out there" finally have a voice that speaks for us in the personage of Ron Paul. He speaks for you too Kermit.
For too long the core values (the Constitution) of this country have been twisted to the point that they no longer resemble the original intent of the Founders, and we are all worse off for it. Freedom is not socialism or a welfare state.
As Dr. Paul said in one of the debates, it makes no sense to spend billions bombing and rebuilding bridges in Iraq (or anywhere else for that matter) while we have bridges falling down here.
America, heal thyself. Vote for Ron Paul.
