Notwithstanding the broken syntax, nowhere in the law is there any mention of procreation with respect to marriage. Marriage between men and women takes many forms including couples who cannot procreate.

More than anything else, marriage is the legal bind between two people that is sometimes consecrated in a house of worship. The legal bind has benefits, privileges and responsibilities. Parenthood is an OPTION for married couples. Gay couples are limited to parenthood through adoption or surrogate. Some heterosexual couples have the same limitation.

In any event, the marital legal status exists for some same-sex couples in some locales. Your argument is neither "air tight" nor even coherent.
