They're in bed with the lawyers, literally and figuratively.
The lawyers stand to make million$$ from the deal, and they will gladly pass on a portion to their Democrat protectors.

My wife has worked for GTE/Verizon for 30 years and four days. Her third level supervisor sent a newsletter to his underlings a week ago to explain that exact fact to them. No call for action or such, just clearing the air with the employees so they have the truth.

Stayce said she hadn't even known the name of the third level until that newsletter.

The trial lawyer lobbyists are behind the effort to ruin the intelligence ability of our NSA, CIA, FBI, NIC, GTE, SWBell, oh, well, them TOO.
