If someone would have announced over a "bullhorn" all over the city of New Orleans the fact that free plasma tv's were being given away to anyone who showed up to claim them 50 miles north of the city how many of the "we have no way to leave" people would have been left when Katrina arrived? PLEASE! give me a break. You make your bed you lie in it...
