RACIST BRINKS COMMERCIALS

Hey, Mind! Yep, you got it right. There would be holy hell to pay if there was a black perp doing the burglaries. Political correctness is out of control. Surely you have heard APBs on the radio or TV when an assault has occurred but they do not give the race of the perp! What is the first thing you notice when you see someone? The person is a man or a woman and his/her race! A white man. A black woman. It is what it is and it`s not racist! Doncha just wanna say: GET OVER IT! Good post, Mind! I like it!

Thanks. I've been wanting to write this blog for awhile, but kept putting it off. I'd like to star in one of those commercials and I get my home broken into. The thief says "so you need an alarm eh?" Then I say, "no, the alarm is for you." Then I pull out an uzi. Yeah, now that's a security system that won't fail.

Brinks could have portrayed them as Muslims, but then they would have had to behead the occupants, and making them Black would have created a protest line outside the Corp Headquarters. So, we use, once again, Liberal White Guilt for the convenient whipping boy. Political Correctness, you've got to love it.

Oh, and about the phone call from Brinks....they ask for the password of the house, and the owner usually has a password and an imitation password that means that they are possibly in a hostage situation.

whipping boy. Yeah Dave, you're right about that. If you're all of those things, then you can be made fun of, ridiculed, or targeted without any fear of a backlash. Don't mind any of those things, but as you said, if you go anywhere near denigrating Muslims, you'll have a fatwah issued on you by the end of the business day.

maybe you should have kept that password stuff on the downlow. I've seen enough of the posters on Townhall to tell you these are some shady characters. Matter of fact, I bet one is already making plans to come to your house and will make sure you give them the password lol

I have a friend who was always very happy with the protection she got from Brinks. She found Brinks very attentive and responsive, and would have felt sorry for anyone who broke in to her house with Brinks watching over it.

Brinks was the name of her mastiff.

And I could look at all the reasons for it, particularly the "soft bigotry of low expectations" which makes a lot of people treat blacks as if the merest hint that some criminals might be black will trigger riots or lawsuits.

But I'll just make the point that a pit bull in the house responds to a break-in a lot faster than an alarm company will. Even if the pit bull's not black.

pit bulls will work. They won't care who the intruder is, the face is coming off. I like the idea of having an uzi at my disposal too. If a thief knows so and so has an uzi, they'll look for another house.
