Poverty Czar
...Yeah, after any Democratic Presidency is done with us, we will all be in poverty. Just what the Government needs, another huge administrative bureucracy that will mirror Homeland Security. Suck our dollars down while doing nothing.

Your right
I have seen youtubes of her various care projects. She is going to wildly popular in the minority community, especially in that outfit.
Our local news is formulaic. Last night began with video of an enterprising member of the minority community who has apparently lost hope and developed his own poverty program. He was robbing a 7-11 with a 3 foot long machete. These are usually followed by the obligatory clips of the victim's family or the "victim" perpetrator's family talking about what a good upstanding Christian youth he was/is and how they don't believe it.
The latest in weather information, we still have only Doppler 3000, (east coast go figure it) is the brand new 3D street level radar. I can now see it rain on my house on TV just as if I couldn't tell it was raining outside.
Super piece as usual Skep! I don't think you missed a single clown in that cast of characters.

You didnt recognize Paris Hilton? Thats who I'm proposing as Poverty Czar. I'm sure she's a Dem and probably a big donor. You must not have had teenage kids in the last decade. That 'Simple Life' show was one of the most appalling things I've ever seen. You wanted to put her and her partner in a large brick- filled sack and throw them in the nearest lake.

Sarge, You're Joking
Care projects by Paris? The mind boggles. Our station has Doppler 7000 because its Channel 7. Its all the same as your grandpa's barometer; the pressure drops, it rains.
During Britain's dark pre-Thatcher days Benny Hill described crime as "Britian's only growing industry" so maybe, given the current political drift towards pre-Thatcher economics in this country, the Chamber Of Commerce ought to consider Machete Boy for membership.

Yes, care projects by Paris Hilton. It sure looked like she was taking pretty good care of Rick Salomon in the clip I saw. HaHaHa!
Good suggestion on Machete Boy, I'll bring it up at the next CofC/La Raza meeting.

Please. Dont remind us of our soon-to-be president. I know McCain is ahead right now but Republicans only can break through the media distortion to win with a simple, understandable theme that stays in people's minds over the media noise. McCain doesnt have it in him.

Was Paris really helping him all that much?
At his interview just have Machete Boy yell' "Dame su dinero, hijos de putas!" and wave his machete and he's in. Throwing a little bilingual at people really does impress.

they're running a gorehouse!
doc steech has a very traumatizing cartoon up right now of algore receiving the democratic nomination. i don't want the white house to become a gorehouse. i mean, look, that poverty czar of yours is obviously working out of a gorehouse, whatever you want to say. i'm not going back to doc steech's blog until he takes that cartoon down. this will probably tempt him to keep it up forever; however, i know how the market forces work, and it will ultimately come down.

In Clinton speak that would be "It all depends on what the meaning of care, is." HaHa!
beltway girl, as the reigning gold medalist and current front-runner at Doc's I urge all my fellow THer's to avoid entering his caption contest.
You see Skep, I'm starting to get the hang of this democrat thing, or is this more of a operation "chaos"? Now I've gone and confused myself! HaHaHa!

Couldnt help it. Paris Hilton would just be the best Poverty Czar for Clinton III; she's corrupt, she likes to party, she hates poor people and maybe she could help the First Black First Hubby with some of his 'events'.

Yea,(good piece) what a shame and that about says it. As the congressman from Texas ends his floor speeches: and that's just the way it is. It "seems" eerily suspicious to learn something different reported in UK or BBC. Perhaps they don't have to fit it between sound-bites for American Idol or Survivor. Marketing the news, that's another subject
