Fairness Doctrine muzzles debate

I do some work with NAB and can attest to the fact that the Fairness Doctrine did nothing more than muzzle debate. Small and local stations would often choose to not even touch an issue rather than rounding up proponents of both sides. In this country we value open, free and vibrant political debate. Let's keep it that way.
