TO THE LEGISLATURES OF THE FIFTY STATES

LEGISLATURES OF THE FIFTY STATES

I IMMEDIATELY COPIED AND SENT THIS ARTICLE TO ALL WHO HAVE GIVEN UP HOPE WITH THIS OPPRESSIVE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION. AND THERE ARE MANY. THEY ALL ASK WHAT CAN THE INDIVIUAL DO, THIS ARTICLE IS THE ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION.

I HAVE READ THAT 20 OF THE STATES HAVE ALREADY SIGNED ONTO THE USE OF THE CONSTITUTION IN REMOVING THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION. WILL IT TAKE ALL 50 STATES OR CAN A MAJORITY ACCOMPLISH THE SAME THING?

AS OF TOMORROW, MY MISSION WILL BE TO BOMBARD OUR STATE LEGISLATURE (ARIZONA) WITH A REQUEST FOR JOINING THE COALITION OF STATES WILLING TO TAKE OUR GOVERNMENT BACK.

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE LIST OF STATES WHO HAVE ALREADY SIGNED ON?

JEANIE

Well put together

and hopefully, will be worksble. Have you sent a copy to Glen Beck and/or Mark Levin? They seem to be on board with this and may have resources for pulling together a larger coalition.

Jeanie

Look for an e-mail from me.

MD/MG

No, I haven't, but I will. Thanks for the suggestion.

So far I have received responses from several of the legislators I sent this to. They are all saying that IF I am a constituent they will reply.

We may have to get residents of every state to send this to the State Senate and House Majority and Minority leaders, 4 recipients for each state.

Glenn

State and federal legislators

need a wakeup call. Dissenting emails, faxes, and phone calls to state representatives and the executive have been largely ineffective. Considering the speed the central government is amassing power to the detriment of individual liberty and in direct violation of the US Constitution, serious consideration of these measures are prudent and necessary.

Good Glenn....

I have sent this to the State of Mississippi. We must now wait and see.

PS: MD/MG's idea is a good one.

INTHENOW

Our nation is in dire straits. Obama is the most dangerous enemy we have ever faced as a nation because he is our leader, well, their leader and HATES America and always has.

GG

I have sent this to the Senate majority and minority leaders, and the House majority and minority leaders of 48 states. 192 e-mail addresses. Illinois and one other do not allow e-mails to the legislators.

I also mailed it to Glenn Beck and it was returned as undeliverable to

me@glennbeck.com

Mark Levin's has not been returned.

Thanks for your help Grey.

Glenn:

Thank you for your feedback on posting - restore-states-rights.blogtownhall.com. I have reviewed your posting and it appears that we have some common themes - namely, state soveriegnty must prevail. Your resolutions appear to call for the dissolution of the federal government, or at least the current elected branches. To be certain, we are at a point where serious measures are warranted. The question is how to put in place a provisional federal government to quickly replace our current collection of tyrants. I would question if that could be accomplished with a majority of states in agreement. Regardless, we must put in place controls to prevent the further consolidation of power by the federal government. I share the concern of many Americans that feel strongly that we are very near the point of no return.

Thanks again,

There are a few details to work out, such as the identity of the provisionals. I believe, with a very short interim to precede elections, an executive with a minimal cabinet would serve the immediate needs. It could be expeditious to call on the last person to legally hold that office.

Anyway, I lived in Houston, South Houston actually, for 14 years. I worked for Exxon Baytown Refinery, then at the old US Steel plant.

I'm retiring to Austin in 22 months.

Thanks for your support.
