Constitutional Crisis

The Supreme Court is required to make decisions based on the precise language offered in siuts. If the complaint is somewhat arbitrary, it will fail.

Who has standing? Each and every citizen of this country that lives under and depends on the laws of our Constitution has sufficient standing but must make that case specifically.

All former military, government worker and elected official that has not recinded his or her oath has a duty to impress this point as well. I took such an oath and am duty bound to protect and defend it. An insurection may be our only alternative if the court and congress fails or refuses to act as our Constitution outlines as fundamental law of the land.
