If there were actually a conservative that would stand up and say this, can you imagine how big a political star he would be? Why is it that only the conservative voices in the media (and general population) have this type of clarity, and not the people who could be legislative leaders?

Good post,a TON of mileage could be gained not only on the judicial appointments, but a host of other issues as well.Now for someone with the requisite set who would actually be noticed by the powers that be at the RNC.And sent up for election instead of the linguine spines we currently get to choose from.
