Maybe for the democrats who didn't realize (or didn't want to see) what they were voting for. As for me, I remember both Carter and Clinton only with pain.

As for whether we'll be allowed to vote in 2010 is an open question. I say that not because I'm a conspiracy theory, but because of what Mr. O has said he would do, and how much of it he's already done. Sure, he and the democrats in Congress have been doing a great job of looking like the Keystone Kops--but they still have a lot of people behind they (the Peggy the Moocher types). Not only that, but we're now so far in debt to China that they'd be well within their rights to demand large swaths of government owned, resource rich land within the US as their payback for our worthless Treasuries.
