Reason anyone?

"Isn't Dr. King's vision of diversity still the one worthy of striving for? If you answer yes, then it should matter not what one looks like, which house of worship one attends, or whom one sleeps with; but the content of one's character, what one believes."

Which house of worship, if they do attend one, is a content of one's character.

Who one "sleeps" with is also a content of one's character.

Those two I pointed out are examples of what one believes which in turn manifests itself into character.

If we want the whole story

we're going to have to work for it...and thank goodness for all the new sources of news!

As the MSM gets more anti-American and more biased, with less diversity of thought in their ranks, the less people seem to be watching...but it still has sway, here and around the world.

The scary thing is those who may never have access to other news sources, in places like the Middle East, and will hate America due to what they hear from the MSM of our own country!

Great post!

It is interesting

that the left, as stated in this interview worships at the altar of diversity, but only one view of the world is allowed - their view.

Jimmy Carter - agreed

Jimmy, I agree whole-heartedly. What I was going for is that the left values a diversity of both the religious (so long as it isn't Christianity) and sexual orientation as opposed to a diversity of thought.

Sorry for the ambiguous paragraph, and thanks for your clarifying.

Check...

...it is written as though it is your opinion....I take back my sarcastic original title....

Edsall

Yeah, I heard it when it was first aired. Great interview.
