U.S. Naval Academy Head Set To Testify In Sexual Assault Case
U.S. Naval Academy Superintendent Michael H. Miller charged three former Navy football players for the 2012 rape of a female midshipman. Miller testified concerning the allegations in a Washington Navy Yard courtroom Friday.
