The House agreed Sunday on a bill to fund the government through mid-December if Obamacare funding is stripped. The Senate will meet at 2:00 p.m. Monday to vote on the altered legislation. The proposed bill meets the desires of Americans, Rep. Bill Johnson (R-Ohio) said.
