Nazih Abdul Hamed al Ruqai, also known as Abu Anas al Libi, pleaded 'not guilty' in a New York federal court Tuesday. The Libyan allegedly had a hand in the 1998 al-Qaida bombings of U.S. embassies in Africa which killed more than 200 people.
