You have a series of video's showing the stupidity of the law and the low weasels that practice law. then advertise the low life ambulance chasers I know why I have little use for the net and less for the ad's. I have a hunch that this site is set up to show the users out there how simple it is to screw others, and advertise the SOB's to go to --- Gee could it be???

law suit abuse and the greed of people and the fact that there are just so many lawyers with nothing to do but clog the courts with lawsuits in the hopes that a jury or judge finds that they can win some money. as it has been mentioned many times before... if ' the loser pays' was passed into law, the numbers of frivolous law suits would go down... but the trial lawyers are never going to allow such a law to be passed..... silly lawsuits are their bread and butter.

Why are people so greedy??
People are constantly bring lawsuits for common accidents. Our son broke his leg on the school playground. We are not suing. Why? Because it was an accident. There was no fault. There was no reason to sue. You can make up reasons why there was negligence and why you have a good reason to sue, but that's just plain silly. You can't account for every possible thing that could possibly happen in normal play. Leagues, schools, homeowners--everyone has insurance and, as a general rule, the insurance will pay the costs if you cannot. The only reason people sue is they see a way to get some easy money. Your child's suffering shouldn't bring automatic dollar signs to your eyes. Disgusting!
