The chorus:
Those abortion papers,Take a listen here:Signed in your name against the words of God,
Those abortion papers,
Think about life, I'd like to have my child
"Abortion Papers" is just another in a long list of songs that defend the life of an unborn child. Here are five other pro-life tracks recorded by world famous artists:
“There Goes my Life” by Kenny Chesney. This single tells the story about a teenage boy first distraught that his girlfriend is pregnant, yet eventually marries her and watches their child grow up.
“Abortion” by Kid Rock. The song has lines such as, "Let me see who you are, let me open your eyes."
“Papa Don’t Preach” by Madonna. The iconic pop star tells her father she's "keeping her baby."
“Can I Live?” by Nick Cannon. The rapper/actor sings about the real-life story of how his mother considered abortion, yet couldn't go through it.
“Brick” by Ben Folds Five. Folds wrote this track because of the painful experience he went through in high school when he and a girlfriend terminated their pregnancy.
