Like the Nazis, the left would love nothing more than to be able to round up the illegals in this country and place them in concentration camps. Like the Nazis looked upon the Jewish community, the left looks upon illegals as a threat to our country and culture.

Back in the day, internet mavens knew that when anybody brought up Hitler, the argument was over. That was before Jonah Goldberg and the other Orwellians of the right decided that they could debase the language by making "liberal," "socialist," "fascist," "communist," and "Nazi" all interchangeable terms. Inbreds like cottoneyed demonstrate, inescapably and irrefutably, what happens when logic and truth are trashed in the name of political invective.

Here's a thought, McChinless: Obama's been effectively killing key Taliban leaders this past year - far more than McAllHatNoSpurs Bush could accomplish in 8 years of illegal war and failed foreign policy. The Fruit of the Boom would-be bomber is now singing like a bird WITHOUT torture, using well-documented FBI procedure.

Seems to me that Obama doesn't need McChinless screwing up the works, now does he.

Get a clue, fearless screw-ups: you had your chance, and that's why you are no longer in the majority.

He failed to mention the many high-level Al Qaeda and Taliban figures who have been killed in the last year. Used to be the right-wing press would loudly trumpet the news every time this happened, and they've been silent since Obama was inaugurated. Cowardly and dishonest, doncha think? And McConnell doesn't include that very salient information in his "assessment."

He should also have mentioned that 20% of individuals released from Guantanamo have returned to terrorist activities. Pretty bad, huh? All of them - that's ALL of them - were released by the Bush-Cheney administration.
