Census Having Trouble Recruiting Workers in Nation's Most Unemployed State

According to the
local news in Michigan, the U.S. Census Bureau is currently going
door-to-door--not to count heads, but to find people to
apply for jobs with the Census.
This seems pretty strange considering Michigan has had the
highest unemployment rate in the country for months--you'd think people would be standing in line, fighting over available work that pays $13/hour.
Guess again.
