Michelle Malkin: Knock Off the Birth Certificate Rumors...
Dec 05, 2008 08:06 AM EST
From Michelle Malkin's column today:
"I believe Trig was born to Sarah Palin. I believe Barack Obama was born in Hawaii."
(This is my sentiment, as well.)
...
Meanwhile, Michael Goldfarb responds to Marc Ambinder's attack on Townhall.com. Interestingly, Goldfarb reminds us that writers at
The Atlantic (where Ambinder writes) were pushing the bogus and scurrilous Trig story. The obvious question is whether or not Marc's credibility is on the line for
that? Of course, the answer is "no" -- but making that connection would be less absurd than implying we endorse the birth certificate rumor. (In fairness, I seem to remember that, at the time, I wrote a post lamenting the fact that Andrew Sullivan was hurting the credibility of the entire organization ...).
