ACORN has been caught red-handed. The video and audio couldn't be more clear if it was in high-def...so what is ACORN's response
"It is ACORN’s position, at this time, that the videotape is doctored and that the voiceovers change the real dialog. We demand, as counsel to ACORN, that FOX cease publication of these tapes unless it can produce proof that the conversations actually took place."
And they're threatening to sue FOX News. If the conversations never took place and the ACORN employees did nothing wrong, then why did ACORN fire them so quickly? Wrongful termination lawsuit time?
