Here's a few more grains of salt to take along with all the poll results being thrown at you.
Same polling company, different caller -- different results.
When they used a computerized Robo-caller to poll voters, McCain received 26% to Huckabee's 26%. If an actual human was used to make the calls, then McCain pulled away with 34% to Huckabee's 21%.
Ron Paul's numbers were also significantly different. His support dropped from 5% to 1% when humans did the polling.
Are voters reluctant to admit they are voting for Mike Huckabee or Ron Paul?
