Energy Secretary Steven Chu thinks the U.S. public is a bunch of teenagers and that the Obama Administration needs to teach them how to shape up. Why? Because Americans don't understand the issues of greenhouse gas emissions, and they also don't care enough to reduce them.
The American public…just like your teenage kids, aren’t acting in a way that they should act. The American public has to really understand in their core how important this issue is.
