"I Would Pick Rudy In A Knife Fight"

That's NRO's Jim Geraghty on tonight's program on the prospect of a long campaign that goes all the way to St. Paul, where it culminates in a knife fight for delegates.
Insight of the week: Michael Medved pointing out that on February 5, only New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are winner take all states when it comes to GOP delegates --Rudy's life line if Florida fails him.
Romney wins some delegates tonight and keeps winning them in batches as the weeks unfold. in Wyoming, New Hampshire, and South Carolina. So does McCain. So does Fred. So does Huck
Glory be --1976 all over again, with more than twice as many candidates.
More than two-thirds of Iowa did not vote for the MSM-powered Huck, but Fred is alive and possibly draining some of the McCain bump in New Hampshire, even as independents think about voting in the D race to get some of the Obama history-making.
Plus debates on Saturday and Sunday.
Sure, I'd have preferred if Mitt Romney had won, but he's in second place and has a national organization behind him of conservatives who want a conservative nominee. And neither Huck or McCain can claim to be the heir to Reagan, so, on to Wyoming and beyond.
