You are likely looking at the next president of the United States. No, Dummy, not Todd --
Governor Christie of NJ!
My crystal ball is dark when it comes to who he will pick as his running mate. I suspect it will be somebody no one considers a possibility -- Rep. Ryan, Cantor, or some such.
Mitt Romney is probably watching the governor and biting his lower lip. Look for Mit to fall on his sword around the middle of 2010 when he sees how the water is running.

No, it's because they have nothing to lose by telling the truth. They could care less about 2010. It's 2012 they're invested in.

Don't believe anything anyone tells you about the mid-term elections!
Register to vote and vote in the November elections no matter what. Don't be intimidated by the black panther, union or liberal thugs. Don't be itimidated by weather. Don't believe any of the hundreds of promises the democrats or obama make. They will all be lies which will be recinded or ignored after the elections. OUR COUNTRY IS AT STAKE.
God bless America.

I would walk through 2 feet of snow, or crawl on glass, or walk on hot coals to get my vote in to get rid of the party now in power wanting to ignore the will of the people! Bloodbath for the Dems in November!

Oy-vey; even HuffPo is getting in on the act. They have a prediction from three poli-sci professors, who used a sophisticated formula to predict 229 seats for the "R"s.

That's a 50-seat pick up.

To the people who bray "Throw out all incumbents!" or "Term limits!" -- Paul Ryan, John Campbell, Jeb Hensarling, Tom McClintock, Kevin McCarthy and dozens of others would be swept away if your sentiment held sway (sorry for the unintentional alliteration). These are respectable, if not perfect, representatives ( I know of NO perfect MOC).
The level of awareness by the general public has never been as acute as it appears to be now. IMHO, that is brought on by the combination of general incompetence, over-promising and under- delivering on policies running counter to the public sentiment, spending that makes drunk sailors look frugal by comparison and a large portion of voters who gave him the benefit of the doubt despite his lack of...

We will clean up the Republican party later. Please don't spit votes just to throw out the incumbents. First we must throw out the democrats; then we will come after the RINO's (McCain and Graham for two) and pseudo Republicans. We are almost there - November is just around the corner.

Just to clarify, we can throw out some incumbents if it can be done without giving the democrat candidates more voted. We just have to be very careful.

I'd have to disagree. The MSM is setting the meme for a 'landslide' so anything short of it will be a GOP failure.
