Beck has never specified a "wrong religion". Any religion that brings one close to, and builds a personal relationship, to God, is positive. Now, if that religion begins to infringe on the rights of others, that's another issue - certainly if a religion is preaching to it's member to kill all infidels, tha's a bit of a problem.

Beck believes, and L've heard him say, all men have the right to worshp who, what, and when they may.

Jo: Not exactly. Beck has said liberation theology is a perversion of Christianity based on Marx. And compared to Christian faiths (based on Biblical teachings) - he's correct.

So Obama doesn't have a "wrong" religion he has a relatively new religion of about 50 years centrally based in Marx socialist economic ideology of wealth redistribution.

You decide if this is in opposition to American ideals, most level minded people would agree it is.

You can prattle on about how our republican world view fails, but history proves you completely wrong....

Glenn Beck, whose work illuminating the machinations of the Left in and around the Obama administration has been indispensible, only looked foolish when he recently tried to sell their alleged history on his television program.

At the beginning of a subsequent program he scoffed at those who think that anything would change by removing the Democrats from power and replacing them with Republicans. That's when I reached for the remote.

I hope that he resumes his research into the anti-American Left, but when he does so, I shall have to learn about...

Lincoln was the first real "big government" president; being the one to illegally enter a war while Congress was out of session, throw people in jail without a trial for political reasons and hold them there indefinitely, impose a version of the "Fairness Doctrine" by shutting down newspapers that disagreed with his policies, institute an income tax, and so on, and so forth. Therefore, his memorial is sacred ground, available only to people willing to sing the praises of large, intrusive government.
