McCain also blasts Obama's "failure" to exercise "responsibility." Obama's response was "responsa what?"
Politico writes
that McCain's floor speech followed a luncheon "clash" with Obama. Looks like a bit of that heat carried over.

I'll read Hoover, piece.
Contemplate your economic stimulus plan.
With all due respect, get off your high horse, before you fall off.
Later.

The Stimulus package would have served the country better in the form of payroll tax reduction. 50% last year. 25% this year. 25% next year. Same amount of money, direct job savings (if someone still got laid off its taxes not collected anyway). Again, did yo bother to read the hoover link I provided?
At the very least, I'd be more empowering in my rhetoric (think Reagan) in letting people know we can do this. Not the waaaa! spread the wealth and divide rhetoric currently coming out of DC.
Simple math statement for you to contemplate;
You cannot Multiply by Division.
If you don't get that, then you won't understand how to prosper.
I have my own job now. In fact I am going go hand a City lots of money...

You say, "I would work towards creating an environment that helps the GDP grow."
That's a mouthful of hot air, give concrete examples, if you can.
You have no idea what to do, do you?

No, thats where the argument is. Discern the difference. Did you do your homework on Hauser's Law?

I would work towards creating an environment that helps the GDP grow. Because when it does, the Feds collect more money and can accomplish what its stuck doing already due to 100 years of moving in a Social direction. I'd secure the borders and let States deal with their own problems.
BHO has not done anything (on purpose?) to foster private sector jobs. You did get that yesterday when an Economist explained to you the govt needs private sector jobs to collect money?

Its pretty simple. The Feds can stick to the Constitution. State and Local govt can handle the rest.
As someone that has to deal with Federal mandates in my field, I can tell you that vague blanket measures by Congress are more burdensome than worthwhile. And they usually open the door for shiesters (aka lawyers) to sue everyone so they can make a living.
Taking care of the AZ border is a legitimate pursuit of what the Fed should focus on. And yet all they can focus on is claiming its wrong for Arizona to do so?
As far as Princess Pelosi being more popular? Considering the bias of the MSM to praise the Royalty of the Left, its hardly suprising that Tools and Minions would think so as well. 35% is nothing to write...

Please explain how stopping criminal elements at the border has anything to do with immigration reform? Try to follow along here;
"Key fact: 30% of those apprehended are "OTMs"-Other Than Mexicans, mostly from the Middle East and China. Any one of thse OTMs could be bringing in nuclear or biological materials to be used for terrorism. They may already have done so."
Are you saying the Dems want to invite all criminals across the border with reform? Kinda like birds of a feather? That does make sense as the Dems are proving to be criminal in their trampling of the Constituion.
You are in good company bobo.

Did they learn how to do that from the Dems during ObummerCare? I don't recall C-Span covering much of that.
So, I guess at some point you may admit all of DC is filled with bums? Are you beginning to understand why most of us want less Govt in our lives? At least the GOP is the lesser evil for wanting the same thing.
The Dems on the otherhand want to run your life. How long before they require training on the proper amount of toilet paper to use when wiping?

I was quite surprised when I heard about the group that these liberal Police Chiefs belong to.
Silly me I should have known better than to believe that Holder or anyone from the Obama posse would want to hear anything but their liberal BS.

and flicked McCain the bird. After all, it was McCain's party that put the kibosh on effect immigration reform when Bush was in office - NOW he wants to whine like a stuck teabagger about something that his own team couldn't see their way to implementing? What a crock.

What a novel idea?
You mean like CA Penal Code Section 834(b). You know, the one that is nearly identical to the new AZ law?
Meg Whitman stated that she would not sign the AZ law. Well, isn't that sweet since some CA governor already did who knows how many years ago?
Who can stand any of this?

"Wow just announced that Holder was meeting with the Police Chiefs in Arizonia to discuss the new law."
Yeah, these are "political cops", "Association of Chiefs of Police" types who are typically liberals. They're always in favor of gun control legislation, for instance, unlike the rank-and-file of law enforcement. No surprises here.
Seems they're agitating so as to prevent the spread of the AZ law to other states.

Another unsourced piece of cr@p.
Not quite the same as turning off the cameras and microphones on the House floor which you guys did back on August 1st 2008. Guess you conveniently forgot about that one.
How's that allowing the cameras into the Health care debate working out for ya? Oh yeah, didn't happen did it despite numerous promises (for what they are worth) from Glorious Leader.
Good attempt at changing the subject again though. Shame it just made you look silly as usual.

Turns out that these Police Chiefs are not just the run of the mill law enforcement agents they are a group who belong to a progressive movement. This is also the second meeting that Holder has had with this far left group. Talk about the MSM changing the news to suit the Obama lovers.
Isn't it great 22,000 murdered and Holder panders to the progressives that find this to be no big deal.

Maybe we can get you a job at the border like those greeters at Walmart. You can hold up a sign saying "welcome to Northern Mexico. Please don't shoot me."

You mean much like everything that went on during the ObamaCare screwover. Did you forget about that bit of transparency? Or is this a case of do as I say, not as I do?

He IS a cockroach. You shine the light on day on him and he scurries for the baseboards.
My friend, a fanatic housekeeper, mopped and waxed her kitchen floor and made brownies. She got up in the dark of night to heat a bottle for her baby, saw what she thought was a piece of brownie on the floor and popped it into her mouth...
...only to discover she'd eaten a cockroach.
Kinda like voting for Obama.

How right you are. Keep them looking in the other direction why these crazy politicians continue to destroy more and more of our economy.
This Arizona thing should be a no brainer. There are laws. Just follow the laws. We already have a pathway to legal citizenship lets just follow the guidelines. Those who fail to do so get sent back to their country. If they get caught again trying to circumvent the law arrest them. Pretty easy I say.
Secure the border and keep our citizens safe the real job of the Federal government.
