Yea, I know, Larry O was referring to 1976 candidate Reagan; and I completely disagree with him. Why? Because Reagan's conservative credentials were established as early as 1964. Listen to his
"Time For Choosing" Barry Goldwater speech
and then tell me O'Donnell is correct.

Don't get used to my responding to you because I do not like wasting my time on morons. Your posts are barely coherent and they completely lack substance, and they are nothing more than mindless rants. So I really could not care less what you or your loser facebook "friends" think. Just do me a favor and cross party lines and vote in the GOP primaries in 2012 for Sarah Palin, please, please do it! Also, learn how to write for crying out loud.

I just posted your comment on my facebook page--my friends always can count on you for a really good laugh.
Yes, the center left country will all move towards anti-choice, anti-gay, anti-everything people like Palin.
My city councilman probably serves more people than Palin did as governor.
And the 'narrative', DanNV, is driven by the moderates in the GOP who see the reactionaries purging them from the party.

Was President Reagan able to achieve all that he wanted to? No, why? Because he simply lack the votes in Congress to get things passed. Now today if we can get Sarah Palin in oficce in 2012 with a CONSERVATIVE Republican majority things will go more our way.

cottoneyed: Your above-referenced post is very provocative, BUT VERY, VERY TRUE INDEED. Sadly, my husband witnesses +/- degrees of it everyday.
Your are soooo correct that the liberals, progressives, Marxists, et al; ARE and HAVE BEEN imposing a type of poverty-driven slavery on the black communities in an endeavor for complete CONTROL, hopefully, in perpetuity.
Thank God that more and more African Americans have recognized the generational abuse; thus, escaped the conspicuous indigence, hopelessness, and dependency that has prevailed throughout their family's lineage for decades.
Thank you for your very thoughtful post. It was a stimulating truth that evokes some type of positive support, re-education, or...

A Racist extraordinaire. Facts don't lie. She is directly responsible for the demise of the black family. She is directly responsible for 70% of black children growing up and never having a father present. Dooming these children to generational poverty, and perpetual ward's of the State. Living in urban squalor, where hopelessness, drug addiction, and black on black murder are commonplace. And these fatherless males turn to gangs for male bonding. Four generations have been told that America is evil, it is racist, and without her, they have no chance! She gave them the "minority thought pattern", and she uses it to keep em' on the democrat plantation. Few ever escape, and when they do, they are vilified, branded as sell outs, and told...

The best conservative political speech ever. It is amazing how much of it is applicable some 45 years later. The more things change, the more they stay the same....

a liberal? Oh, you mean 'classic liberal,' who believes in the primacy of the individual, sanctity of private property, the natural law versus statute, and government as a mere necessary evil. In that case, good call.

The current narrative from the left is that the conservatives are "driving moderates out of the party." This is just another example of the spin and coordination of media propaganda for politics sake. Now they are even trying to use Ronald Reagan to spin their web. Pathetic!
