Andrews Air Force Base, located in Prince George's County, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C., is on lockdown at the moment after reports of an active shooter. The incident occurred at the Malcolm Grow Medical Facility. A lockdown was enforced just after 9 a.m.
JBA is currently on lockdown due to a report of an active shooter. All personnel are directed to shelter in place. More info as it comes.

President Obama just landed at Andrews Wednesday night on his return trip from Canada.
The Defense Department is currently investigating the situation.
A training exercise had been planned for 9 a.m. on Thursday, but Fox News reports it never took place.
