Remember Candidate Obama, circa the 2008 campaign, ISO Latino votes?

In December 2010, the president assured Hispanics that immigration reform was still a top goal.

One wonder whether President Obama's overt manipulation will work. You know the old saying: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on
