Annie Leary, a conservative blogress from Chicago, has reported that
Bill Ayers told her -- in the airport, no less -- that he had written Dreams From My Father
. Not edited it.
Wrote
it.
One has to wonder why no one in the MSM ever thought of simply asking "Professor" Ayers the same question. Will anyone in the MSM bother to follow up?

Interesting to note that your handles frequently post in close timeframes to each other and use much of the same vocabulary (particularly when insulting Republicans and Townhallers). Also, these handles NEVER post at the same time on the variety of blogs currently being commented on, although they frequently reinforce each other.
So, are you double-dipping?
In addition to awards from the Saturday night Mensa group for coming up with oh-so-esoteric names, are you also collecting from an employer for each of these various blogging personalities?
Me- Ho-hum. Are we at this again? For the record, yes, I...

Guilt by association.
Is that what this is, Palin co authors a book with someone who co authored a book with someone you say is a racist so Palin is guilty by association. Is that it?
Seeing some of the yahoo's Obama ran with over the years do you really want to go down that road?
Me- Isn't that what you guys are trying to pull with Obama by dragging up Wright and Ayers at every oppurtunity?
There's no doubt that Vincent pals around with a white supremist.
So I guess the real question is, why would Palin pick, out of all the ghostwriters out there, someone with such a shady history?

Spont said McCain collaborated on the book. He lied. It was Vincent.
Hell....even your cut and paste to me says "Lynn Vincent, Palin's co author".
All you did was prove my point, thanks Axehole.
Now show me some proof McCain collaborated or co authored anything in Palin's book fool.
Me- That isn't what Spont said. He/she said that Vincent collaborated with McCain on his racist book. Do you really think that she could sit in the same room listening to this guy and his racist rants, without agreeing with them?
Seriously, Corky, are your reasoning skills this poor.

Me- What, no knee-slapping jokes about my parents dying of cancer, man?
Frankly, I could care less how many of you knuckle-draggers buy her book, since most of you can't read, anyway.
But when it gets out that her ghostwriter is pals with racists, yeah, that's going to make her look really good.

"axewipe this not about palin ,it is about an enemy of our country writing obamas book."
Me- It depends who you think the enemy is. Frankly, I think people who pal around with White Supremists are the "enemy".
Let' not forget, Ayers was never convicted of anything. I don't condone what he did, but the fact is what he was angry about he should have been angry about. The US GOvernment had sent 56,000 young Americans to die in a war they declared unwinnable.

you have absolutely no evidence that she is lying, and furthermore, do not intend to come up with it.
And I should accept your assessment that she's lying because. . . ?
She got a photo of Ayers at that meeting. Furthermore, she's an aspiring blogger with some pretty hefty educational credentials. She'd be a fool to concoct a story like this.
I mean, that's not "proof" that she's telling the truth. It's just that reason compels me to give her, rather than you, the benefit of the doubt.
By the way, it was relative obscure conservative blogs that broke Rathergate.

It's funny...every time the dems win the white house the left gleefully churps it's the beginning of the end of the GOP, just look back, they said it when Clinton won and it's happening again.

Discredit her? Who? One of hundreds of bloggers that no one ever heard of and few people care anything about? Not worth the effort. Besides in order to "discredit" one has to have some "credit" or as we say of course, 'credibility' to begin with. Anyone can set up a blog and spout gibberish -- just read TH,, World Nut Daily or the myriad of other blah, blah, bullsh*t out there -- on both sides.
This is just another made-up story -- just one of many that the Repubs tell. There really is no truth to anything Repubs say anymore -- it's all heresay and punditry -- just opinions. I wouldn't take this one person's nonesense about having a conversation with Ayers seriously, -- it's just another example of the demise of a party...

I am sure that you are proud that people like Ayers are teaching young people in our colleges. I am sure he has a lot to offer. He can teach them all about bomb making, something really valuable for their future.
First of all you have no idea what my impression of Bush was. What I am sure of is that this administration will go down as the most corrupt ever. Congrats, following such a reputable group. Tells a lot about your character.

"You are a loyal kool aid drinker. Keep it up. Keep following the leader off the cliff."
No, SJA, that is a perfect description of YOU and your rightwing cronies who steadfastly stood by and defended YOUR leader right off the cliff right up to the end of his time in office when he left our nation and our world in a total mess for his successor to try to clean up.
By the way, I look at Bill Ayers as quite a smart aleck so I'm sure he said what he did to Annie the blogger just to purposely get her all riled up! On the other hand, there is no way in hell that Sarah Palin with her limited knowledge of vocabulary and grammar could have even co-authored a 400-page book in four months time. Lynn Vincent must have WRITTEN the...

This from the moron who argues that taxation isn't compulsory, and who has argued that the right wing both does and does not pose a great threat to the nation.

No sh.it sherlock!
Let me type this slow so you'll understand.
Spont at 12:01am said it was McCain who collaborated on Palin's book, And since it was Vincent not McCain I pointed out Spont's lie.
Are ya still with me Chuckles? Good.
Axehole chimmed in at 6:40am to my pointing out that lie with "really corky", then proceeded to prove my point with his cut and paste that it was indeed Vincent NOT McCain who collaborated with Palin.
Got it now? Or do I need to type it again vladdy?

Van Jones is NOT a "self-avowed communist" as Beck claimed. Jones called himself a "communist" as a figure of speech, but Beck is too ignorant to understand that. We still do not know if the ACORN videos were edited vocally and whether or not it was legal for those people to perform undercover taping in the first place. If valid, they are indeed disturbing, but does not necessarily paint the whole organization as corrupt. I'm wondering where is the Republican investigation of Karl Rove, Jeb Bush and Katharine Harris tampering with the voting rolls in Florida in 2000 and of Karl Rove and Michael Connell tampering with the electronic voting machines in Ohio in 2004 which influenced the outcome of two very close presidential elections...

So tell us which information has Beck claimed as fact that was not true? Was it Van Jones, ACORN perhaps? Please tell us what he has produced on his show that was not factual?

"Really, Bob. Me thinks you are over compensating for SOMETHING."
You know, come to think of it, Bunck DID mention "male enhancement" drugs and gizmos to me in one of our exchanges. I remarked that I wouldn't know about any of that stuff, and wondered openly why he seemed to have so much familiarity with it. You may be on to something.

I'm curious. Do you REALLY think I need to know the specific types of analysis needed to determine who wrote a book?
If I was making a claim that Bill Ayers definitely wrote Dreams From My Father, well, yeah, that level of detail would be appropriate and necessary.
Since I don't know who wrote the book, am not making a claim who wrote the book and don't care who wrote the book, you explaining to me in ponderous, boring detail how to determine who wrote the book is not only boring, it's inappropriate and unnecessary.
I am fond of saying that I can "bore you stupid" about my area of expertise. However, it is made in response to a specific question relating to my area of expertise.
You, on the other hand,...
