A bridge under construction across the Mississippi River from Missouri to Illinois is seen Thursday, May 2, 2013, in St. Louis. The Illinois House has approved a resolution naming the new bridge the Veterans Memorial Bridge but Missouri lawmakers and key members of Congress from the two states favor dubbing it after late St. Louis Cardinals legend Stan Musial. It's just another example of the disagreements between the two states, whose sparring over how to fund the project delayed its construction for years. (AP Photo/Jeff Roberson)
