FILE - In this Monday, July 30, 2012 file photo, a paddle sits on the table during the men's table tennis competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics, in London. Table tennis has its own version of ``doping.'' It has nothing to do with ingesting banned substances. Just as other Olympic athletes, pingpong players are regularly tested for those. Pingpong's problem involves players applying performance enhancing materials to the racket, or paddle, to get more grip, spin and speed. The substances go by various names _ speed glue, booster or tuner.(AP Photo/Sergei Grits)

In this September 2009 photo, Mary Oreskovich, owner of the Hopscotch Bakery, stands behind the display counter at her shop in Pueblo, Colo. Oreskovich, who volunteered for Obama in 2008, says in 2012 it’s hard to cut through the spin on both sides. She still supports the president, though some of her enthusiasm has waned. "It's been a really rough couple of years (running a business). I've hung on and I don't attribute that to any politician," she says. "But I still believe in him. … It may sound completely Pollyannaish but I think he's a good man. Deep down, I think he’s a good man." In retrospect, she wonders, if she had unrealistic expectations. "I think I was a little naive," she says, "when I thought things in Washington would really change." (AP Photo/The Pueblo Chieftain, Mike Sweeney)

The camp, which houses around 350 Tibetans who have crossed the border into Nepal from Tibet, was set up in 1960 under the initiative of the International Red Cross and the Swiss Development Corporation. The camp’s main objective is to enable the refugees with the necessary skills to support themselves and live productive lives. World Refugee Day, a day initiated by the United Nations to raise awareness on the plight of refugees worldwide, is observed on June 20 every year. (AP Photo/Niranjan Shrestha)

Guirola has been riding tall since 1983, when seeing a tandem bike inspired him to build up instead of out. He said his first tall bike measured 5.3 feet (1.6 meters), and they got progressively taller until five years later he was riding 18 feet (5.5 meters) in the air at Ciego de Avila carnivals.
