Dear Ms. Hughes: On March 25, 2013, you wrote an opinion piece in Townhall entitled: “An Open Letter to Sarah Palin,” indicating your disappointment with Governor Palin for “quickly [leaving] the building without even a second glance,” at the conclusion of her remarks at CPAC.
In an ideal situation, the fake “Tea Party” candidate would actually be successful in their primary bid, and then lose in the general election.
Why should the Republicans we've elected stand up to cut spending and cut Government when the base is not willing to do the same?
